Transformers
Transformers are used stand-alone in CCTV, access and security systems, as well as in combination with gereral purpose power supplies. Honeywell offers AC and DC versions of the plug in units as well as AC open frame versions. |
| AC Plug-In Transformers |
 The HTP Series plug-in AC transformers come in several sizes, the largest with an output rating of 50 VA. They have a case mounting tab to keep them secured to the wall outlet, and screw terminals for power lead wires. This series of transformers have built-in thermal protection and are UL-Recognized, Class 2. They are used in a wide range of applications in CCTV, access, and security systems — supplying low-voltage AC, or as part of a DC power system. |

| AC Open Frame Transformers |
|  The HT Series open frame AC transformers come in several sizes, the largest with an output rating of 200 VA. They provide lead wires for connections and have screw down mounting feet. This series of transformers have built-in thermal protection and are UL-Recognized. They are used in a wide range of applications in CCTV, access, and security systems — supplying low-voltage AC, or as part of a DC power system. Typically they are mounted in enclosures.

| DC Plug-In Power Supplies |
 The HPT Series plug-in 12VDC power supplies come in several sizes, the largest with an output rating of 3A. These power supplies are fully regulated and filtered, with output rated 12VDC for video cameras, PIRs and photo beams. The output is a 2.1 mm coax plug which is center positive. UL Listed/ CSA Approved. They are used in a wide range of applications in CCTV, access, and security systems as part of a DC power system.

| HPTCOVER |
 The HPTCOVER mounts over any duplex wall receptacle, attaching like a wall plate. The plug-in transformer fits inside, and the enclosure is screwed shut. With three convenient ½ in conduit knockouts in the bottom side and back, the low voltage wire can easily exit to the alarm panel. |
