A potential communication issue has been identified in extremely limited instances between the HWF2A-COM / HWF2V-COM communicator and the central monitoring station when connectivity to an LTE tower is temporarily lost while the communicator is attempting to send a message. All HWF2A-COM / HWF2V-COM communicators operating with firmware version 3.2.14 or lower must be promptly upgraded to version 3.2.15 or higher.
A non-safety issue has been identified with the Honeywell Power Products IPGSM-4G fire alarm communicator. The IPGSM-4G has a limited activation time of 180 days which, if not installed and activated within this timeframe, may prevent the IPGSM-4G from registering with AlarmNet or AT&T.
